Reports say his mother was addicted to drugs and had been struggling with mental illness.

The boy was found dead in the trunk of his mother’s car and at the moment the death of the kid is being investigated as a domestic incident, according to police. Julissa Thaler, the boy’s mother, was recently granted full custody of Hart, according to court records.
Thaler was arrested in Orono on Friday and is being held on suspicion of murder.
Two people have been arrested over the boy’s murder and their identities have not been revealed.
